  • Work on central spine road already started.

  • Activation Area Development work (22.4 Sq Kms) is going on in TP-2 by L & T worth Rs 1750 Crore  .
  • Survey work of TP-1 and TP-2 is Going on for demarkation of Roads .
  • AECOM is looking after the development work on very regular bases.
  • PriceWaterCopper co. has won tender of Transaction Advisor for Dholera International Airport.
  • High demand of Houses by L&T Employees and Cube Construction Co. Employees.
  • L&T has set up the colony for their labours and also have set up huge site office camp.
  • SPV Dholera industrial city development corp.is formed.
  • Airport has got all the clearances from MOEF , GOG and GOI.
